Janna Zaidspiner
Even as a young girl, Janna enjoyed spending time with her elders, often seeking out the company of her grandparents and their friends over those her own age. She found their wisdom and life experiences provided her with a sense of perspective that she’s always valued. That’s why she chose to step away from her 25-year publishing career to follow her passion and work in the senior living industry. Working as Director of Community Relations for MorseLife and as a Sales Director at Brookdale taught Janna a great deal about the industry. After six years in the field, she decided to combine this with her love for adventure and real estate to form her own company, The Next Chapter Florida Living. Running this company has allowed Janna to develop warm relationships with her clients, sharing with them her broad knowledge of the area’s communities, while helping them throughout the process. Here, at The Next Chapter, Janna believes she has found her calling, returning the gift of knowledge and experience to a generation of individuals who have taught her so very much. Having become an “Empty Nester” recently, Janna has gone through the downsizing process and choosing a new place to live, so she brings great insight into assisting you in finding your next dream home.
Sherrie Rosen
Sherrie Rosen is a born communicator. She has spent the bulk of her career working as a copywriter/creative director at various advertising agencies, including Creative Outlet, which she owned and ran with her partner for 12 years. Listening carefully to her clients and learning what made their businesses tick are what made her campaigns not just creative—but also effective. Sherrie brings both her creativity and her listening skills to The Next Chapter, providing a voice and a forum for empty nesters seeking to find a new, fulfilling lifestyle that fills the gap their children have left behind. Here’s to new adventures, the reemergence of long-forgotten interests and endless ways to fill our days in the Florida sun.
Patricia Fox
No matter what it is you’re looking for, Patricia Fox will find it. She’s the ultimate resource—a person who can quickly assess a situation based upon an individual’s needs, research potential solutions and clearly communicate meaningful options. Patricia earned a Master’s Degree from New York University’s School of Education and Health Studies. This training, combined with more than 10 years’ experience working in senior communities, has made Patricia acutely aware of the needs of an aging population. Patricia’s advocacy for the senior community is grounded in her empathetic approach and her belief in individualized service and care with a focus on quality of life. Her wealth of experience, comprehensive knowledge and compassionate approach make her an asset to The Next Chapter team.
